94 ends with a whimper as Hulk Hogan takes on The Butcher in the main event of Starrcade! Randy Savage debuts, Avalache has his 1st WCW PPV match, kevin Sullivan takes on Mr. T. It's a rough time but NOT the worst Starrcade.
